Arrived locked It arrived today in the middle of a factory reset. It will not allow me to continue without knowing the original credentials of the previous configuration. I tried a new reset, but again comes back to this screen. Which makes this worthless to me. Back it goes. Big disappointment.

Do not buy dead after 6 months of minimal use Purchased in August 2021 and was using for mostly reading books and occasionally checking emails, browsing facebook and amazon. The table will no longer turn on past the start up screen. Even after a hard restart and a complete wipe of the table. I now have a useless paperweight. Save yourself the money and buy directly from samsung and get a real warranty.
